These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the STRAPORA website, as well as the purchase of products offered through the online store.
By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
1. ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE AND ACCOUNTS
Access to the website is permitted for browsing its content and purchasing available products.
To place an order, you may be required to provide personal, billing, payment and shipping information. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
If an account is created, the customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

STRAPORA makes every reasonable effort to describe and represent its products as accurately as possible.
However, colours, shades and the appearance of products may vary slightly depending on the device, screen or display settings used by the customer.
Product features, availability and assortment may change over time.
3. ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase.
Before submitting an order, the customer can review the information entered during checkout and correct any errors.
Once the order has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation communication containing a summary of the purchase.
Order data is retained in accordance with applicable obligations and in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
STRAPORA may refuse or cancel an order in cases permitted by law, including product unavailability, an obvious error in the price or order information, payment-related issues or suspected fraudulent use.
If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by STRAPORA, the amount due will be refunded using the payment method used for the purchase.

Prices displayed on the website represent the price applicable to the customer at the time of purchase, except in the case of obvious errors.

9. SHOPIFY PLATFORM
The STRAPORA store uses the Shopify platform for the technical management of the website and certain ecommerce functions.
The contract for the sale of products is entered into directly between the customer and STRAPORA.
Shopify may process certain information necessary for the operation of the platform in accordance with its own policies and as described in the store’s Privacy Policy.
10. PRIVACY
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
Customers are invited to review it to understand the methods, purposes and legal bases for the processing of their personal data.
11. REVIEWS AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT

For purchases concluded online, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery of the product, without having to provide any reason, except in the cases provided for by applicable law.

15. STATUTORY GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
Products sold to consumers are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity provided for under applicable law.
For new goods sold to consumers in Italy, the statutory guarantee lasts for two years from delivery.
In the event of a lack of conformity, the customer is entitled to the remedies provided for by the Italian Consumer Code, subject to the conditions established by law.
The statutory guarantee does not cover normal deterioration resulting from use, ordinary wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or damage caused by use that is inconsistent with the nature and characteristics of the product.

STRAPORA is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of products, use contrary to any instructions provided, or circumstances attributable solely to the customer or third parties, except where otherwise required by law.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
STRAPORA will not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as exceptional natural events, interruptions of essential services, measures taken by public authorities, strikes, extraordinary logistical events or comparable circumstances.
Any consumer rights provided by law remain unaffected.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be void, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
19. NO WAIVER
Any failure to exercise a right provided for under these Terms does not constitute a permanent waiver of that right.
20. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER PROTECTION
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
If the customer is a consumer residing in another country, any mandatory consumer protection rules provided by the law of the customer’s country of residence will continue to apply where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms limits the consumer’s right to rely on the protections and competent courts available under applicable law.
21. LANGUAGE
These Terms are written in Italian.
Translations may be made available to facilitate use of the website. In the event of interpretative doubts, all mandatory rights granted under applicable law will in any event remain unaffected.
22. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
By placing an order or using the store’s services, customers may receive electronic communications relating to the order, payment, shipping, returns, account or other matters necessary for managing the contractual relationship.
Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law and any preferences expressed by the customer.
23. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
STRAPORA may update these Terms to reflect regulatory, technical or operational changes.
The updated version will be made available on the website.
Changes will not affect rights already acquired by customers in relation to orders concluded before the updated Terms take effect.
