SHIPPING IN ITALY

Orders are shipped using tracked delivery services.

Punto Poste – FREE
Delivery to an available Punto Poste location is free of charge. Available pickup points are shown during checkout based on the selected location.

Once the order is available at the pickup point selected by the customer, a notification is sent by email or SMS to inform them that the parcel is ready for collection.

BRT Home Delivery – €3.90
Delivery by BRT express courier to the address provided during checkout.

Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 2 business days from the date they are received. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed starting from the next business day.

Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout and may vary depending on the destination and on periods of higher shipping volumes.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive the available tracking information to follow the delivery.

SHIPPING WITHIN EUROPE

Shipments to enabled European countries are handled via BRT/DPD Express Courier with tracked delivery.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are calculated and displayed directly at checkout before payment.

Estimated transit times are approximately 3–5 business days, subject to possible variations depending on the destination, time of year, or the courier’s operational circumstances.
